The making of traditional chocolates

Originally specializing in the manufacture of croquettes, the Aujoras Company (Morières-les-Avignon), began extending its product range in 1980. From this date onwards, the factory began working with chocolate, making fine chocolate sweets and moulds for Easter and Christmas.

Depending on the time of year you visit the factory, you will be able to see the production of chocolate for Easter and Christmas.

For Easter, Croquettes Aujoras makes thirty different chocolate moulds decorated with dark and milk chocolate only.
